Lo scorso giugno, BlackBerry ha annunciato una nuova partnership con la società indonesiana EMTEK per sviluppare l'attività di BBM e l'interattività con i consumatori. Con circa 60 milioni di utenti mensili attivi in Indonesia, l'azienda canadese conta su questa partnership per sviluppare nuove applicazioni ed implementare nuovi servizi BBM. Come parte dell'accordo, la divisione contenuti digitali di Emtek, la KMK Online, ha aperto un ufficio di Toronto in modo che possa lavorare più strettamente con BlackBerry.

Leveraging their technology and local market insight for more accessibility to digital financial services in Indonesia JAKARTA and HANGZHOU – 12 April, 2017 – PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk.
